This Golden Oldie involves people working together to build a giant tower, only for God to suddenly and seemingly unjustifiably wreck their plan!
Students will learn about the historical context of the tower the people were building and what its purpose most likely served.
Students will discuss why God jumbled their language and how this story connects to Pentecost.
And finally, students will reflect on what we might learn about God’s desire for diversity and what he seeks humans to “build up.”
